Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Street Tech, LLC will ship the order as soon as the parts become available. Please allow 5-7 business days for in-stock items to arrive.
Once tracking information has been provided, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless it is an approved claims for reason such as goods damages during shipment. Returns 30 days post purchase date will not be honored. Cancelations are not allowed on custom or special orders. All sales are final on custom orders, special order items, and international orders.
Street Tech, LLC is not liable for stolen goods and/or packages.
Parts Availability
The majority of items we sell are available immediately when in stock. When an item is out of stock It will be drop-shipped via the manufacturer (please expect 2-3 days for tracking information in that instance).
If you have any concerns to timing or attempting to receive goods before a certain day, please contact us prior to order.
Returns
Returns will NOT be allowed unless approved by Street Tech, LLC. We will not cover shipping costs for customers who wish to return any undamaged orders. If Street Tech, LLC decides to allow a return, the customer is responsible for shipping products back in the same condition in which it was received. After full inspection, a refund may be in order accompanied by a 25% restocking fee, unless stated otherwise directly. Returns 30 days post purchase date will not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Wheel Returns
Any wheels that need to be returned to our facility must have an RMA, any wheels that have been returned without an RMA will be returned to the shipper. Please make sure the wheels are packaged in the original packaging. Street Tech, LLC will accept returned wheels if they have NOT been mounted with tires. Once the wheels have been mounted with tires, they CAN NOT be returned! Any wheels that are return within 30 days of purchase, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORTANT: It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure he/she has selected the desired wheel size for the application. Street Tech, LLC is not responsible for incorrect wheel specifications. Custom-built orders (including all forged wheels) cannot be canceled, returned, or changed once processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds for orders not yet shipped will be assessed a processing fee of 3.9% of the total order value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@streettechwheels.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
